Choose this appointment if your pet urgently needs care today but isn’t in immediate danger.
Share your estimated arrival time and describe the symptoms. We’ll try to see you quickly, but some waiting may occur. If it’s life-threatening (e.g. accident, breathing issues, heavy bleeding), contact an emergency clinic immediately.
02 – Callback

Would you like a callback? Let us know your preferred time – we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Video consultations via WhatsApp are available on request. At the start, we’ll briefly explain the process and inform you about possible costs according to the official veterinary fee schedule (GOT).

03 – Acute Symptoms

Select this appointment if your pet should be examined soon but not necessarily today. Briefly describe your observations. We will schedule the next suitable appointment. Usually, there is only a short waiting time.
04 – Follow-Up

You recently visited us and we agreed on a follow-up? Then please select this appointment. Feel free to tell us here if you think your pet is already doing better.
05 – Health Check
🕑 30 min
Is my pet healthy? Is its behaviour normal? Am I doing everything right? What should I pay attention to? We thoroughly examine your pet, answer your questions, and create a plan for optimal care, individually tailored to your animal’s needs.
06 – Vaccination/Parasite
🕑 30 min
Is it time for your pet’s annual vaccination? Are you travelling abroad and unsure if all shots are up to date? Questions about parasite prevention? We take our time: after a thorough examination, we discuss the best intervals, tailored to your pet.
07 – Senior Check-Up
🕑 30 min
As pets age, their needs change. Along with a general and orthopedic check, we advise you on suitable measures for your pet to stay healthy and pain-free in old age.
09 – House Visit
🕑 60 min
In some cases, a house visit is useful. We only offer house calls for known patients. Please talk to us or write your request in the booking, so we can check if a house visit is suitable.
10 – Nutrition
🕑 30 min
Food choices can be confusing. We advise you which food suits your pet best – for health issues or special life stages. We create a feeding plan and give independent advice.
11 – Osteopathy/Acupuncture/Chiropractic
🕑 60 min
Osteopathy helps to detect movement issues early and supports mobility and overall health. Acupuncture can gently regulate and relieve pain.
12 – Physiotherapy
🕑 60 min
Our physiotherapists support your pet’s movement and mobility. Targeted therapy can speed up recovery after injuries or surgery and improve outcomes – even for older or limited-mobility animals.
13 – General Consultation
🕑 30 min
Questions about your pet’s health or special needs? Thinking about getting a pet? Whatever is on your mind, we’re here for you.
14 – Urine/Stool Exam
🕑 10 min
Want to bring a stool or urine sample? No problem! Just place the labelled container in our waiting room. No need to wait – we’ll call you with the result.
