Please note that for accuracy and quality assurance, all incoming and outgoing calls and contact attempts are precisely logged in our practice system via our telecommunications interface.

We therefore kindly ask for your understanding regarding the following policy:
For appointments that are missed (or cancelled with no valid reason less than 24 hours before the scheduled time), we are required to charge a flat cancellation fee of €25 (§ 615 BGB).

By booking an appointment and submitting your data, you enter into a treatment agreement with our practice and accept this policy.
